At WeGift, we take great care in crafting and delivering each customized product. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing Time

All products are made to order. The standard processing time for customized items is 5–10 business days, depending on complexity and order volume.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (India)

  • Delivery Time: 12–15 days

  • Includes production + shipping time

  • Available across India

Express Shipping (India)

  • Additional Charge: ₹999

  • Delivery Time: 7–10 days

  • Priority processing + faster delivery

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 12–15 days

  • Shipping charges vary based on country, weight, and courier rates

  • Customs charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer

  • Tracking details will be provided once shipped

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for domestic and international orders will be displayed at checkout. Express shipping charges are added separately.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS (if provided), allowing you to monitor the shipment on the courier’s tracking page.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

WeGift is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Customs delays

  • Courier issues beyond our control

If a parcel returns due to incorrect details or failed attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
