At WeGift, every product is handcrafted with precision and made exclusively on order. To maintain the highest quality standards and ensure a smooth customer experience, we follow the policy outlined below:
1. No Return Policy
Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Each order is created uniquely based on the customer’s provided images, preferences, and customization details. Therefore, return requests due to change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the final look cannot be accommodated.
2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any customized product once the order has been placed. As every item is tailored specifically for you, the production process begins immediately after the order is confirmed.
3. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, the artwork enters the processing stage and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Damaged or Defective Orders
In the rare case that you receive a damaged product due to shipping issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof.

If the damage is verified, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds will not be issued, but a replacement will be arranged.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure that the images and customization details provided are accurate and of high quality. The final output depends heavily on the input given by the customer.
