1. Customized Products

All items sold by WeGift are custom-made, and their appearance depends on the images and instructions provided by the customer. Minor variations may occur as each product is handcrafted.

2. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed. WeGift reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion.

3. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, the product enters the production stage and cannot be cancelled.

4. No Return & Refund Policy

As per our Return & Refund Policy, customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Replacements are only provided for orders damaged in transit with valid proof.

5. Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the images, customization details, delivery information, and contact details provided are accurate. Any errors may result in delays or incorrect final output.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, images, and materials on the WeGift website are the intellectual property of WeGift and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

7. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. WeGift reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change products or services at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

WeGift is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Low-quality images provided by customers

  • Minor differences in artwork due to handcrafted nature

  • Misuse or mishandling of products after delivery
